This certification and seal is given by the organization, FODMAP Friendly, to foods that contain ingredients which have been laboratory tested to be low in FODMAPs.

The Low FODMAP diet was originally developed by a team at Australia’s Monash University to help people suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and other related gut issues such as IBD, Crohn’s Disease, and SIBO. The diet is designed to avoid certain types of sugars that cause gut discomfort for some people.

We know our products are low in FODMAPs because we went to the experts. Every time we create a new recipe (or change an ingredient), we send our soup to Australia for testing. There, the team at FODMAP Friendly uses specific lab tests to verify whether our soups fall under the specific thresholds of acceptable FODMAP levels.
